• Steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable)
• Any error messages you see
• Your username on the site
• Which page/feature is having issues

Before reaching out, check if your issue is listed here:

• Can't submit SR: Make sure the raid sheet is still open and you haven't exceeded the SR limit
• Items not showing: Refresh the page or clear your browser cache
• Login issues: Try resetting your password or clearing cookies
• Missing donations: Check your donation history in your profile, allow up to 5 minutes for processing
